Phone in Self Service

JARING Phone-in Self Service allows you to access your account balance and payment status information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without having to logon to JARING SelfCare Portal (http://www.jaring.my) or wait for the assistance of customer service personnel.

To use this service, all you need is IVR PIN. You can request the IVR PIN by login to JARING SelfCare Portal. The IVR PIN request is under the Registration option menu.

Once you get the IVR PIN, you can check your account balance or payment status by calling JARING Consumer Service Hotline at 03-8991 7080.
